Volunteer with WAFA

WA Forest Alliance has a long and proud history of being volunteer-driven. We rely on the community’s generosity and passion for forest conservation to help us achieve our campaign goals and protect the South West forests.

Join the End Forest Mining campaign

WA’s South West forests are facing the threat of a massive escalation in mining operations. When our forests are mined they don’t come back. Ever. We must act now to protect them for future generations.

End Forest Mining is an alliance of many groups, including WA Forest Alliance, representing tens of thousands of people, and growing. We are calling on the Cook Government to end forest mining and protect WA’s magnificent forests in National Parks.

Contribute your voice and support to the campaign by sending an email to Government decision-makers, making a donation, signing to get involved and asking people you know to do the same.

Black Cockatoo Crisis

Directed by Jane Hammond, this new documentary looks at the plight of our special cockatoos and what we can do to stop these threatened species from disappearing forever. The clock is ticking on our Black cockatoos. Will we save them in time?
